Complete mix for custard cream with cold water
 

Cremyvit Classic

  • sugar - modified starch - skimmed milk powder – refined hydrogenated vegetable fat - thickener: sodium alginate (E401) - preservative: calcium sorbate (E203) - colour: beta-carotene (E160a) - flavouring.

  • Cremyvit Classic.................................................... ±375 g
    Water..................................................................... 1 L

     

    Method

    Whip thoroughly for 2 to 5 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous cream. 
    Stabilisation time: ca. 30 minutes.
